Privacy: this website and the mailing list

Each of our games has its own privacy policy, linked inside the game and on its store page. This page covers the studio website and our mailing list.

Mailing list

If you sign up and tick the consent box, we keep your email address, the language you chose, where you came from (for example a link from one of our games), the date and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. We use it only to email you about our games, about once a month. Every email has a one-click link to leave the list; leaving deletes your address. We never sell or share the list. When we start sending, the emails go out through an email service that acts on our behalf only.

The legal basis is your consent. We keep your address until you leave the list. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your data protection authority. Our servers are Cloudflare's, which may process data outside your country (including the US).

The website

The site has no ads, no cookies and no third-party trackers. To stop abuse of the sign-up form and of our games' anonymous statistics, the server limits how many requests can come from one network address per minute. The count is kept only in memory for about a minute; we do not store your IP address or anything made from it. The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles your IP address to deliver the page and to apply that limit.

The table game's page (/table/) collects no email or other details. To hear news about that game you can follow its WhatsApp channel, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy (channel admins don't see followers' phone numbers). The page counts visits to compare two versions of its headline: your browser makes a random number for that tab (kept in the tab's session storage and deleted when you close it; no cookie) and sends it with the version you saw, the language, phone or desktop, the link's campaign code if there was one, the time, and whether you tapped the WhatsApp channel button. Nothing in it identifies you, and it is deleted after 90 days. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not counted.
